T wo new vertical templates for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the public sector and manufacturing industries will be available July 31, 2007, and will be offered at no charge to partners and customers॥ The new templates include reference data models, pre-defined workflows, and roles-based user experiences that make Microsoft Dynamics क्रम immediately relevant to customers in these industries। These templates are designed to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 today, and will be updated for the upcoming release at the end of the year. In addition to these, vertical templates for other industries will be delivered over the next 12 months.
